How old are you?

Since when have you been using our product?
At least 4 years.
How often do you use east-tec Eraser? Every day? Twice a week, etc?
Every week plus when the reminders appear.
From your point of view, what is the greatest feature of east-tec Eraser?
It removes all previously deleted files properly.
What is the feature you are using more often? And less often?
The Privacy Guard and erases previously deleted file function. I have never used the individual file erase function.
Do you consider east-tec Eraser intuitive?
Yes I think so to a point, more about the programmers being intuitive.
What can you tell to those people who are not using east-tec Eraser at this moment?
Will make you feel very secure especially if you work from home. Everything is safe. The only programme I have actually trialled then decided to buy in to. So worth the peace of mind.

Very satisfied occasionally I have contacted the service it has been incredibly helpful especially as my computing skills are not A1.
