I have lost my key, what can I do?

If you lost your license key, please follow these steps:

  1. If you reinstall on the same computer and Windows installation, the license key will be read from a previous installation
  2. If you reinstall on another computer or a fresh Windows installation and you have lost your license key, you can do the following:
    • Search for the order confirmation email where we have sent you the license key
    • If you cannot locate that email, contact our Support Team
